The KORRODEST NG (New Generation)
The modernized classic. Proven worldwide for decades, adapted to the requirements of the 21st century.
Intelligent low-temperature vacuum evaporation with consistent system separation. This ensures no direct contact between the medium and the compressor. Available in a variety of high-quality materials.
Chloride-containing media do NOT limit the application possibilities.
Excellent efficiency even at high concentrations through state-of-the-art heat pump technology and intelligent process control.
Also available with optional heat recovery for coupling to e.g. KORRODEST ZLD evaporator systems.
Individually configurable switchgear which, if desired, also monitors peripheral system components (buffer tanks, lifting pumps, etc.). Process visualization via generously sized touch panels, also remote monitoring on request.
PLC system Siemens SIMATIC, easy spare parts management thus ensured worldwide.
Korrodest NG vacuum evaporators - K are characterized by the following features:
- Gentle product treatment through low-temperature technology
- Consistent system separation of medium and energy generation. "Wear and tear due to use and application" is thus almost eliminated.
- Integrated heat pump Low boiling temperature (+35°C), resulting in highest distillate quality and minimal fouling risk
- Low purity requirements for the product due to reduced operating temperature Suitable for acidic and/or chloride-containing media.
- The material selection is done by our application technology.
- Sophisticated and further developed design over decades.
- Wide range of delivery options which can be configured according to the application requirements.
